The “Uprights” propping plant is made of electro-welded steel sheet and profiles, machined on machine tools and subjected to rigorous normalization treatments, so as to ensure high preciption, combined with excellent rigidity and resistance to mechanical stress.  Welding units – 30kva welding units, with 2 welding heads, suitable for omega welding on the plane, in special execution, with the possibility of having a tacking spacing from a minimum of 60mm. to a maximum of 170mm., in Push-Pull configuration. This system makes it possible to achieve welding on thicknesses or configurations of parts that cannot be welded with the standard unit and to obtain excellent welding on stainless.

Axis movement – Guide for supporting the workpiece to be pointed. Special, adjustable locking stop for centering the welding spot. Set of front protective photocells for the operator. Control unit – Management cabinet complete with No. 5 welding control model Micro 3. Synchronous electronic digital MICRO 3 welding control for adjusting welding parameters:

A special function of the control gives the possibility of performing cycles in electrical cascade or pneumatic cascade depending on the type of welding to be performed. Used on modular double-point punching machine mod. PM30 and special applications.
